Last night was the final game. They won all three games. On game three, Nicole made the final point! They played games four nights this week and won every match!! The tournament they played last week really seemed to help their confidence and abilities. Nothing like playing 17 games over 7 hours to improve your game!!!
There were eighteen players on the 7th grade team and the coach did a great job making sure everyone got to play. Now we're on to track! Glenn has decided to apply for the job of head coach for the junior high track team. He's tried his darnedest to convince Nicole to take track, but she's standing her ground. She hates running and thinks it sounds silly to jump or "throw a rock," as she puts it!

Hilarious! But, she thinks it is "sane" to climb on top of a 1000lb animal and see if they can carry you quietly. Being that I seriously can't run more than about 5 steps, this really is a girl after my own heart. Duh, riding is much better than throwing rocks :)
