Moving Cows

We moved cows the other day with Glenn. It used to be that when we moved cows, it was a ten-mile move and an all-day affair. This year, it was a one-mile move that took about 15 minutes. A little anti-climactic, but we enjoyed it anyway.
It was such a short move, that we only saddled one horse. It was such a short move, that it was completely unnecessary to saddle the horse, but Nicole jumps at any occasion to ride. She is riding my horse, Dakota. Ellea and Morgan are on the four-wheeler.
The cows sure were happy to get on green grass. They just about move themselves when they're headed to grass. You just open the gate and point the way.
