Christmas Soup

Another Christmas come and gone.  Another Poxleitner Christmas party under our belt.  29 men, women and children to feed homemade chicken noodle soup.   I never would've thought I could pull that off, but somehow I manage every year.  I'm told the soup is even pretty darn good!

I spent the better part of the afternoon making my homemade noodles.

I made a triple batch this year.  Used 15 cups of flour.  Good thing this only takes place once a year!

At least I had some good help!
