Step 1: Cut out car shape of choice from block of wood. It might be better to not wait until the last minute, like we did...
Step 2: Paint car and add weights to get as close to 5 ounces without going over as you can. You could take a picture of this step, but I didn't! Oh, and don't forget to add the wheels. Wheels are good on race cars.
Step 3: Race car. Our creation didn't do real great, but we learned a lot for next year, and Morgan was a very good sport about it.
Step 4: Eat ice cream sundae!
Step 5: Take a silly picture knowing it will likely end up on your mother's blog.
