It's especially exciting because he's managed to talk Nicole into taking track! He tried to cajole her into it last year, but she wasn't having it. I was thinking he wasn't going to get through to her this year either, but somehow he did. She's kind of excited about it even. Here she is trying on track shoes in Spokane. The pair she ended up picking is a crazy-beautiful hot pink and purple. Trust me, you'll see pictures.
