Yum!!!

I love egg rolls and haven't made them more than a couple times over the past 15 years because Glenn didn't seem a big fan and they're a lot of work to feed to someon who doesn't appreciate them. I fed them to my girls (Morgan won't eat most things that aren't hot dogs or mac and cheese!) recently and they loved them. Glenn's tastebuds have apparentlly matured because he ate his fair share also! I forgot how delightful they are. I'm definitely making them more often!
