We tried out our new fire pit the other night.
Glenn had the clever idea to take some old cat tracks (you know, from a bulldozer-type
thingymabob) and have them welded into a fire ring. Boy is that puppy heavy!! It worked well because the holes on the side let out a little heat. Heat is good when it's in the high 30's out there. You know it the fire was toasty, or I would've been in the house!
The fire was impressively big at one point. Some innocent folks driving by slowed
waaaaay down. I think they
must've thought we were burning down the house! Glenn was just burning some broken pallets that were laying around. Nothing makes that man happier than a nice big fire!
