Math Fun After School

One evening this fall, the kids' elementary school had a family math event. The kids and their parents did different age-appropriate math activities at different stations.


Counting the M&M's was a fan favorite. I know it was my favorite. It was kinda cool. Each child got a small package of M&Ms and had to sort how many there were of each color and do math activities (greater than, less than, adding, etc.). Fun and yummy!
