Ellea has started playing the trumpet in 5th grade band. Glenn's sister, Dori, had both a trumpet and a cornet (a smaller version of the trumpet) that she has loaned us. The girls had fun seeing if they could play them and having a "parade" through the house.
Then they parked themselves in front of my bathroom mirror and watched themselves play a tune! Well, not quite a tune. They just made lots of noise! But being a band nerd and all, I enjoyed it!
