In honor of St. Patrick's Day, we had green food with out buddies, Marv and Candi! Glenn makes "Beef Roll Ups" with a biscuit dough and ground beef. We talked him into dying the dough green with some food coloring.
It was very lime green. Kinda cool marbelized effect!
Just out of the oven.
Slathered in cheese sauce. With green beans and green salad, of course! This is one of the kids' favorite meals (even finicky Morgan likes it!).
My favorite thing about this meal?
Glenn cooks it!
